ITC Consulting is a part of a consortium that has been awarded with European Commission (EC) Framework Contract SIEA 2018 Lot 6 – Innovative financing for development. The objective of the Framework contract is to provide short-term operational services, mainly on the spot for the exclusive benefit of third countries receiving external aid (Central and Eastern Europe, Balkans, Latin America, Asia, Mediterranean countries, Africa, Caribbean, Pacific).

Interested candidates should have one or more of the following areas of expertise as well as strong verbal and written communication skills and fluency in either English, French, Spanish and Portuguese.
Required Qualifications
Postgraduate university degree in Economics or Trade, Social Sciences, Development Studies, or Organizational Development or a similar discipline (if the Expert does not possess a postgraduate university degree, s/he must have at least 3 years of demonstrated equivalent professional experience).
Senior experts should have at least 10 years of experience and Junior experts more than 3 years.

In addition to the technical areas outlined below, tasks will cover project management, term of reference, preparation, evaluation of grant proposals, evaluation and monitoring as well as horizontal issues such as, Analytical studies Investment financing, Capacity development and institutional strengthening, training & research, Awareness-raising (incl. information and communication), etc.
